Aufgaben

• Independent management of the entire recruiting process for Engineering and administrative positions, with a particular focus on the Manufacturing Research and Development environment
• Development of creative recruiting strategies for target groups with limited language skills (e.g., use of digital tools in job interviews such as live translation software)
• Organization and execution of assessment centers and applicant days
• Establishment and maintenance of international recruiting channels and networks
• Close collaboration with specialized departments for demand analysis and job profile definition
• Responsibility for apprentice recruiting, including university partnerships and training
• Guidance of candidates through the entire application process up to onboarding
• Support in the integration of international employees

Profil

• Bachelor or applied science university diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or comparable major
• More than 3 years’ work experience in industrial HR environment
• Able to design, carry out and analyze Recruiting process carefully; proven ability in leading successful head count planning with strategic thinking, well-organized and independent way of working
• Effective team player with leadership attitudes in a multi-cultural environment with can-do spirit, and willing to step out of comfort zone for extra mile
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, additionally German and/or Chinese is a plus
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally for joint cooperation abroad
